Room had been nicely refurbished, was very clean, and even though it was located on a main highway; with the window closed we didn't hear much traffic noise and we were able to sleep well. For the location and the time of year, the room seemed well priced.

First and foremost I want to thank the host of the facility who got up at 1:30 in the morning to give us our key it took me awhile to drive down from Portland Oregon, and secondly the beds were so comfortable, it was wonderful to be able to leave home and get a good night's sleep, normally beds at motels are as hard as a rock, the facility was very clean the room was immaculate, the sheets were nice and soft, and I love that they gave us three pillows per bed two thumbs up for that, I was very thankful that she allowed us a late check out at noon because we had gotten in at 1:30 in the morning, it allowed us a little more time to relax.

Honestly the staff have been great. I've gotten good rooms. Easy to go to work. Since I travel for work. No issues with safety or parking. Rooms have been clean. Some spills. But clean. Has comfortable beds. No back issues. Showers are great, but create a lot of water in the bathroom. Tvs seem newer. Although it would be awesome if hotels allowed miracast. They have a fridge and microwave. Plus a fan. I'm not sure if they have AC. Im going to point towards no. However I've stayed here now 7 days in July and Newport isn't hot.

Our ADA room had a large bathroom, which was nice. Padded bench in shower was a nice touch. Facility was in good condition. It's close to everything, which made getting around simple.

Everything, cleanliness, comfortable beds, mini fridge/freezer. Microwave, coffee maker. Safety 2 security camera’s. Quiet. Absolutely cannot bet the price. Spend your saved money on something else.. thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable. Best wishes

Value for price. Good location. Did not expect any breakfast but they provided muffins, coffee, and nut bars.

For the price in this tourist area, it was a good value. I had a newly upgraded room. Everything was clean. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and TV all worked. Stayed 7 days. Watched the housekeepers change bedding and working hard to clean each vacated room so I felt comfortable sleeping in the provided linen. Lots of hot water for bathing. Front desk gentleman were very helpful. Housekeeper asked if I needed help carrying packages up a fight of steps. No air conditioning but the fan made it comfortable for sleeping. Really, I can’t say anything bad about this place.

This is a great location, very close to lots of beaches, restaurants, and little shops. We went down to one of the beaches when we arrived, and the sand reflected the stormy dusk light like glass, which was gorgeous. It was a nice place to land for one night, clean, and very affordable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the simple, modern and very clean room. The mattress was awesome. Usually in less expensive motel rooms the mattress is old and too soft. The room was quiet.
